Brief history:

November 2009 – informal working group with a purpose of bringing together cluster practitioner, experts and researchers.

September 13th, 2010 – officially registered foundation with the purpose of supporting cluster development processes, as well as business - university partnerships in Latvia and in the Baltic Sea Region.
